✓ At Gemstone Luxury Jewelry, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find any reason for dissatisfaction with your gold jewelry purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
✓ To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
✓ Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
✓ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
✓ Store credit will be issued for the returned item, which can be utilized for future purchases on our website.
✓ Note that customized or personalized pieces are deemed FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return or store credit (this includes name initials as well).
✓ We kindly request your attention to careful packaging to prevent transit damage. All returns undergo an inspection process prior to acceptance. Regrettably, we cannot accept returned products that exhibit damage (e.g., tangling, scratching, etc.).
✓ Failure to adhere to our return packaging instructions may result in refusal of your return, and a fee may be applicable.

STEP 2: Before shipping the return, please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Note that sending the item in an envelope may result in damage, and we cannot accept returns in such condition.
STEP 3: Print out the provided return label and ship the item back to us.
STEP 4: Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.
